Terms of Service

Nombo is an AI assistant that helps users run tasks across Nombo apps, connected accounts, and supported third-party tools. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued as the service evolves.

Nombo may be offered as a beta or pre-release service. Beta features can be incomplete, unavailable, or changed without notice.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, instructions, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly tell us about any unauthorized account access or security issue.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms and explains how we process information.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, data, contact information, messages, and other content you provide to Nombo. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Nombo to process that content and act on your instructions.

You grant Detta, Inc. permission to use your content as needed to provide, operate, secure, and improve Nombo, including by sending information to connected services and third-party tools you choose to use.

Nombo may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety, employment, housing, insurance, or other sensitive decisions.

Nombo text messaging is intended for people who choose to send inbound texts to Nombo or to a Nombo-managed phone number. By texting Nombo, you consent to receive conversational replies related to your inbound message.

You may not use Nombo to send or request spam, harassment, deceptive messages, marketing blasts, promotions, newsletters, recurring campaigns, messages to purchased or rented lists, unsolicited outreach, or messages to recipients who have opted out. You must not ask Nombo to conceal the sender identity or avoid opt-out instructions.

If you receive text messages from Nombo or from someone using Nombo, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may not use Nombo to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security, interfere with the service, scrape or misuse data, send abusive or misleading communications, or attempt to reverse engineer or bypass limitations of the service.

Nombo relies on third parties for hosting, storage, AI model processing, authentication, notifications, communications, observability, analytics, and connected services you authorize. We may send information to those providers as needed to operate Nombo or complete your instructions. Provider details are described in the Privacy Policy.

Services not owned or controlled by Detta, Inc. may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Nombo, including its software, design, branding, and service materials, is owned by Detta, Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Nombo or any intellectual property rights.

Nombo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detta, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

You may stop using Nombo at any time or submit an in-app account-deletion request. Your account remains available while the request is pending. We target completion within seven calendar days and email you after deletion is complete, subject to the narrow legal and security retention exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, or if we discontinue the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
